Response was very quick. Remediation team was in our home with drying equipment within 24 hrs. The Service Master customer service folks also arranged for dump bin and temporary storage container for our belongings. Our only regret was not using Service Master to complete the renovations.

The staff was friendly, helpful, informative and so very cooperative. The young man that came to do the job was also friendly, informative and very efficient.
