We were flooded because the city's storm sewer was plugged ... This was the first time that my wife and I made a claim on house insurance ... Service Master was very helpful in navigating the workflow to restore our home ... They identified damage in areas that surprised us which demonstrated their experience ... Their subcontractors worked quickly and and their work was of good quality.
