Our problem was water damage in a finished portion of the basement due to water flooding of four-plus inches. There were three phases to the renovation: drying out and replacing bottom two feet of wallboard, wallboard finishing and painting, cleaning and inspection. The three teams doing the work knew what they were doing and did it well, and were were friendly and accommodating. Their ServiceMaster supervisor, at the office, was available to respond to questions, and was also friendly.

Service Master’s team is incredible. They listened to our needs, respected our home, helped us navigate obstacles, and in the end they felt like family. Their mould remediation services and quality of work is 10/10. Our basement is now a safe and healthy place. Their service extended beyond the original restoration when we unexpectedly had a basement leak. Within hours they came to address the issues. Thank you!

The folks that did all our work in the basement after a flood were not only efficient but had a caring attitude . They were able to locate 2 separate leaks and with one there was so much mold that they returned with a disinfected to sit overnight. Since walls and floors had to be taken out as well as furniture packed to be placed in storage they worked very hard. When it came to restoration the same work ethic was present. Not only did the workers do a great job but the project coordinator John C was just a phone call away. Regardless of any issue he knew exactly who to call and made arrangements for the solution. He was excellent. I wonder how he was able to keep our needs separate from his other customers. Thank you to all of Service Master employees involved in the repair of our home.
