Service Master is a responsible company who does great work in a timely fashion. I have used their services on three separate occasions and have never been disappointed. ServiceMaster was kind, respectful, accommodating and responses were quick to help and answer any questions. Workers did their best to keep areas as clean as possible, and careful not to damage the home while demolition and restoration was being done. Restoration looks great!

We liked that the service master staff were on site right away and explained their process and schedule. Their staff were friendly and easy to work with. The professionalism from the moment I called was immediately evident. The call back was prompt and encouraging. My problem was addressed in a few days. I found your people to be polite and attentive. They were respectful of our home and jobs were done quickly and efficiently. I do sense there might be the odd communication issue between admin and the field, but if I am correct, it did not impact the job strongly in a negative way. I will recommend Service Master, but with a caveat regarding there might be intermittent communication issues.
