The staff are very friendly and were able to accommodate my work schedule.

They were very professional and polite and did a great job. so happy to have my home back to semi normal. This is a stressful time during a water claim to get everything done and have the homeowner back to normal as soon as possible. I want to Thank Donna and Adam for getting my office up and running again and then moved on to the rest of the house.
The only issue I had was with two of the sub contractors T1 flooring in Napanee charged me for two trips that he couldn't work due to floor needing work under the carpet that we did't know about. Then upstairs he charged me extra because he had to take up tiles in the hall and our bedroom as they were under the carpet and had to be removed before the new floor was laid. Yes we changed flooring so we paid an upgrade price which when I asked him he said we were close but close is not $2200.00 but he was here and looked under the carpet as it had been cut up in the hall to take water damaged carpet out. I had to call him back to repair two spots he didn't repair. One spot he told me to lay a rug down but I insisted he fix it.
Rogan cupboards are beautiful when complete but he didn't put back the same configuration as what was there before and didn't tell me he had made changes. I also asked him if I was within the allowance from the insurance company and he said I was don't worry but then I get a bill for over $2000.00 more. I had asked him to let me know if and how much the difference was and I never received anything. They also didn't have the cupboards ready as I picked them out in April or May so in August they still didn't have them ready so it was in September when they came.
I know as we are one of your sub contractors that I have to notify the customer the cost of the upgrade before we go ahead with the job. If the customer chooses to upgrade then that is up to the customer to pay the difference. I was NOT notified so I was more than a little upset to get these invoices in the mail after the job was complete.
I would strongly recommend Servicemaster to family and friends. When our basement flooded, Servicemaster was quick to arrive to our house on a Sunday to remove the water. The following day they had their team at our house to remove the flooring and drywall that had been damaged by the water. We were then privileged to have Tom and Kyle at our place to put everything back together. They did the drywalling, painting and installing the flooring. They were true professionals, their job and workmanship was impeccable.
You paid attention to what was important to me. You accepted suggestions from me as to the result I wanted and did a very good job to meet those expectations. When one or two problems arose, you resolved them all to my satisfaction. A first class restoration was the result.
Very friendly to deal with, the guys were helpful in my making choices, very polite, work was excellent, job was done fast, floors look better than before, kept in contact, I would definitely recommend this service.

Very prompt. On the morning of the flood, they were there very quickly. Staff very curtious and considerate of the flooring going in and out. Sympathetic and very helpfull as per what to do. They explained my options very well and were patient with my phone calls. I have to say that the carpentry was a little bit lacking. (Some of the corner trim wasn't done very well and the carpet layers weren't very happy with the stair backing job,they had to renail it.) The baseboard stain doesn't seem to match very well. But all in all, I am very happy with the results and I would recommend your company.
