My contractor, Dale McDonald, was amazing! He continually kept me in the loop, checked in with me, answered all my questions & made my restoration seamless & very efficient! He coordinated the businesses that needed to come into my house effortlessly! If anything needed to be taken care of, he handled it with ease! What started off as an extremely stressful situation, was made much less stressful thanks to Dale!!

Servicemaster and Dale were absolutely awesome to deal with. They made it very easy going on this when I have my sewer back up they. They were patient. Dealing with an insurance claim is frustrating and can be emotionally draining. ServiceMaster took over all the "hard" work of managing the trades and helping us pick flooring etc. I couldn't imagine going through something like this again without having them there for us.
