The team was quick to arrive, walked me through all the considerations, how the restoration process works between them and the insurance company and explained options we could consider. This was our first insurance claim and as such I had many questions. Staff were very friendly and professional. They arrived in a timely fashion and set up dehumidifiers and fans in my wet basement. They managed the project sending in all of the professionals who took care of the cleaning and disinfecting of the area, assessing damage and some restoration. Everyone on site did an amazing job. Staff were so kind they even had dog treats and befriended my dog. I would highly recommend them.
