The project manager responded to our call quickly. He assessed the damage that had occurred and did not pressure us to use Service Master for the cleanup. However, we did decide to use Service Master. Rob Stewart scheduled the cleanup as soon as possible. The crew that came out was very efficient and worked through the heat to get the job done. We were very impressed with their work. Our thanks to all involved in our project. It was a stressful time for us. We felt we were in very good hands with Service Master. We would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

In the beginning things were a little rough but everything was resolved perfectly. Rob Stewart was awesome to work with. The installers were excellent always polite and respectful. Ran into some really bad weather so took a little longer than they thought. The siding looks excellent the exact colour I wanted. They are coming back when the snow is gone so they can cleanup. Very satisfied . Thank you

The ease of communication. Phone, email or text was always available and always a very quick response from PM Rob Stewart. Any request was looked after no matter how small and my two crew members, Jeff and Trevor made a tough situation easy to deal with. They exceeded my expectations; I can't say enough about them! This is the first time, using a restoration service, & the process has been excellent. First day, gave a brochure, of the process, was able to read, thru, & matched of what was done. Questions were always answered. Communication was excellent. The process, has been done at a high standard. Thank you for taking the time to participate in our survey Les, and we appreciate your business.

Service Master came in and took over after our basement flooded . We left on holidays, and they did every thing that needed to be done while we were away. We did not have to worry about a thing. The carpenters replaced all that had to be, and in good time. They kept every thing in order and very clean . They all so answered any questions that I had and were very friendly. We could not of asked for better people to help us out !!! If ever needed again I would call Service Master !! Thanks again to Dylon , Pat and Jay and the others that helped !!Thanks again Linda Saretzky
