service master does very good work. I would like to have seen more details on paper as what was to be done other wise they were very good.

They were very respectful. I absolutely loved how fast they were to tear the contaminated material out of my basement. Although, we chose to do extra work not covered, they were unable to reconstruct the basement. I’d assume they would be very quick and efficient too. All of the team members were talkative and not rude. Larry was absolutely great in his efficiencies and explaining everything. Kevin was fantastic as well. He understood our choices on doing further work. We later discovered after pulling back more dry wall, there were more cracks in the cement. Thanks Service Master!

Very fast response to the urgency, and immediately took control of the clean up with different crews to tackle each job. The friendliness and compassion shown felt so reassuring. Great staff. From the phone call to end of the job.

We were very happy with the work that was done in our basement. When crisis hits they come immediately. They started work to repair and reconstruct immediately, they showed up every day and each contractor came in systematically when the project was ready for them. Everyone in my home was friendly and informative. Each contractor did what they thought would be the best for my reconstruct. It was the best experience I could hope for after a pretty devastating home accident.
