Matt, Steve and the entire team have amazing client service. They were there when we needed them and showed up almost right after the disaster happened. They set a schedule and stuck to it and did everything in their power to keep us happy and get the job done. They came and went without disturbing us. Well done everyone. But, hopefully we will not meet under the same circumstances ever again.

This company came quickly and were professional and efficient in drying out the basement after our sump pump failed. They kept in contact with us and made sure we were happy with the work before finishing up. My only "con" would be that they were unable to give me an estimate for the work ahead of time. We ended up going through our insurance company, but I would have liked at least a "ballpark" figure at the beginning of the job. That being said, they took care of submitting all the necessary information to the insurance company and were still a pleasure to work with and I would certainly recommend their services.

The response time was incredible for the initial cleanup and drying. Some drywall damage was caused by the crew removing baseboards. Drywall was also damaged when the front door was pushed too far, likely when items or equipment was being removed.

My job was subcontracted out. That I didn't like so much would rather have your own people do the work no middle man. That being said I was very impressed with Steve Jarrell very courteous and professional. The job was not complete the first time and Steve contacted the contractor to have it done right.
