Customer service was great! Working with your teams was great -- they were thorough and super helpful. The only thing that was difficult was getting handed off to 3 different project managers and some communication difficulties with that.
After discovering a wet basement due to a sump pump failure, I had someone at my house within 45 minutes of making the call, in a cleanup team at my house within about an hour after that, this was after hours, and they did a great job. A couple of days later they came back to remove the remaining carpeting and recover the recruitment, they were very courteous and very hard workers

Our upstairs neighbors toilet overflowed into our master bedroom, destroying pretty much everything that was inside of the room. As renters, Blue Frog Properties wanted to only clean the carpets and patch the ceiling as a quick “fix me up”. The thought of having my one year old son crawling around on a carpet that was once heavily saturated with sewage made me cringe. From day one Kevin was very understanding and was always willing to go above and beyond with our requests. He has been a great advocate for us and explained to our landlord what needs to be done and how it should be done correctly AND safely. He took our concerns into consideration and made sure at the end of this all we would be satisfied. Him and his team have been awesome. All of our items inside of the room were removed and recorded very professionally by the team. Travis and Owen came the day after the job was approved to clean the basement floors, remove the carpets, and remove the ceiling that was patched up. They also disinfected all of the saturated areas and provided the rooms with air scrubbers. Despite coming into our home multiple times as we lived through chaos, they still made it feel like we were at home. All of them were very personable and respectful and they also made sure they cleaned up any mess that was made outside of the bedroom. There are still some loose odds and ends that they are advocating for us when it comes to the bedroom that was damaged but we couldn’t be more appreciative that they are taking their time to do so. Although it wasn’t an ideal situation, we loved dealing with these people from this company.
Steve from Ashland was very prompt to handle my emergency situation into the late evening hour. He coordinated all aspects of damage and repairs under very timely constraints.
I am grateful he was assigned to this job and would recommend him in any situation.
They were very concerned about getting it right. They took precautions with furniture connecting to my kitchen by covering and putting up plastic coverings. They cleaned up after every visit. They did a great job.
Everything-They did a famous job. They communicated get, they were timely, kept right on the schedule as they laid out. They were respectful, courteous, hard working, neat and clean. They worked their butts off and happily did it. They were extremely courteous and explained everything throughly to me and why they were doing it. They answered all my questions in a very understandable and professional manner. I was impressed and happy with their work. Thank you.
