Their quick response to my call for help with water problems was great. They assessed the situation, placed equipment to start the drying process, monitored the progress and removed equipment not needed as needs changed. They moved equipment and placed it in new area to complete the drying of that area. Monitored until all dry, cleaned and replaced two rugs that they had dried and treated at their shop in Superior. They communicated as to times they would be at our house and worked around our schedule. Nate responded to our call right away and was at our home within 30 minutes of notifying him of the issues we were experiencing. Nate was very professional and assured everything was going to fine and explained in detail what his crew was going to do to repair our water damage and remove the mildew and moldy odors. Nate was very informative and kept us updated as the cleanup was progressing.

Aaron was outstanding. Easy to get a hold of, great communication and would give frequent updates on the progress of our flooded basement while we weren’t home. It made a difficult experience much more pleasurable. The results were perfect and we have a clean, dry basement. Aaron explained all our options and went through the process step by step with us.
I can't say enough about Matt Schultz and his crew. I live in Superior and was working on the road when the rains hit 2 weeks back. I got a call from my wife that our basement where my mother-in-Law stays was taking on water. She was in a panic. She called her brother and he, thankfully, found Matt Schultz with Service Master thru google. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for his help. He jumped into action, documenting everything and contacting me every step of the way. He even took the lead communicating with my insurance company. He and his crew did a fantastic job, they were so nice and helpful with my mother-in law.
