I was very grateful that ServiceMaster was able to schedule the start of my remediation the same day I submitted the claim to the insurance company - especially given that it was a Sunday. This was particularly critical in helping to reduce the risk of mold and mildew forming as a result of the water damage incident.

The team contacted me to set up a time to come to my house.
They came in, removed the damaged stuff, carpet, damp sheet rock, etc.
They placed fans to finish the drying process and cleaned up.
Took about 3 days to complete.

Chris Robbins and his team did an excellent job of stabilizing the water flooding that I had in my basement the morning of May 22, 2023. He also reassured me that he would dry the water up and get everything under control as soon as he possibly could.
