Admittedly, I was worried about choosing a mitigation company because of a poor experience that I had in the past with a different company. I am so glad that I chose to go with ServiceMaster Supreme Fire & Water Restoration. Every interaction that I had with ServiceMaster Supreme Fire & Water Restoration was pleasant and took my stress levels way down. Cheryl contacted me and was kind and patient. Diane came out to assess my property; she was efficient and made me feel at ease. Britney, Bryce, and Elisa were absolutely the most professional, hard working individuals that I have seen in a long time. They were on time, thorough, mindful of my belongings, and asked questions to clarify my preferences while cleaning my home. Accidents like this definitely stink and they put a lot of stress on the homeowners, but I am so thankful for choosing ServiceMaster Supreme Fire & Water Restoration.
