I like how the instructors inspire you. Also, I like how they point out if your form is not correct. Many group instructors do not do that.

I cannot say enough good things about SETS. The workouts are challenging, effective, and never the same. The coaches are great, very motivating and charismatic . They are mindful of any limitations you may have and always offer modifications. There is no other gym like SETS!

I love the energy and personability of the trainers and I love that no 2 workouts are exactly the same. The way the classes are set up make it so you have to concentrate on what you’re doing, in turn reassuring me that no one else is worried about or watching what I’m doing - which is great as someone who is self conscious when exercising. As a mother of two (one of my children being special needs) and special education teacher, I’ve found that these workouts have become practically essential not only for just my physical health, but mental health as well.
