I have loved getting back into working out thanks to the Hamilton Sets Team. Everyone has amazing energy and provides such supporting and motivating partnership. The classes are challenging but fun, and most importantly they push you to constantly go further and be better. They have a wide range of equipment and really target all areas and muscles in ways that don't get boring or repetitive. The staff is also really great at getting to know the members; making you feel like they want you there and are always available to modify any exercise if need be. Hands down recommend to everyone!!
So when I first did my 21 day challenge in the last week of November 2022, I was very skeptical. The workouts were intense and the price, pretty steep compared to other gyms. I didn't think I could sustain that level of workout. However, I stuck with it, made some amazing friends and never looked back!!
I've struggled with weight my whole life - literally since the third grade! I joined weight watchers when I was 30 after having my first son. Yes, I got to goal, but all I ever thought about was food, feeling guilty when I made the wrong choice (which was daily), and allowing the scale to dictate my mood.
Since joining SETS, I've only lost 11 pounds - 11 pounds in a year and a half. I'd of quit a long time ago with any other program! BUT, I went from 51.3 body fat mass, to 26.5!! I'm actually in the lower range for that - say what??? It's crazy! I've never, ever seen results like this without having to deprive myself of any good tasting foods.
I'm a huge fan of SETS! The coaches are amazing, the members are amazing and the workouts speak for themselves!!
Motivating workouts with friendly people and staff. I love the fact I can just come to class and they guide me thru a great workout. The ability to modify the workouts is beneficial
The trainers are upbeat and provide form correction and encouragement appropriately. Good atmosphere - everyone seems to be there to work hard. Good music during classes. Trainers seem to recognize members after a few classes and engage with us. Trainers provide appropriate modifications but encourage us to push ourselves to try heavier weights/tougher moves.
I absolutely love my workouts at SETS. I have made so many friends, the coaches are excellent at giving you what you need. I would recommend to everyone.
