I love the aqua instructors. The pool area and locker room are super clean. The rest of the 'y is clean as well. The weight room is well maintained and there is generally staff in the room who will answer questions.

It's a lovely place inclusive of people of all ages , all walks of life offering great opportunity for fun, Fellowship and fitness. The indoor temperature controlled Swimming pool is a beauty . The facilities are very nice. Friendly and professional staff.

The YMCA shady grove is a warm welcoming home away from home!! Everyone feels special when they walk in the front door. Their involvement with our community is priceless!! Their love and dedication to us and community is sincere . The best decision I ever made signing up with my personae trainer who is absolutely the best!!! She changed my life and my well being And I will be forever grateful for her 💕. It’s my home and I hope to get more involved in helping in anyway I can to give back!

Group exercise offerings! So many choices of good classes all throughout the day from early morning to evening. I live close to the Tuckahoe Y but drive to Shady Grove because of all the classes and great instructors.
