I love the dog wash. But I always feel terrible when I leave because I have a husky/malamute and the amount of hair we leave behind is obnoxious. I honestly feel like I should pay extra to whoever has to clean it up.

My local Chuck and Don's is fantastic! They have knowledgable and friendly staff to help if I have questions and they stock a wide variety of items. The buy 12 get the next one free feature is a nice surprise and I would love to see this applied to more items in store. It is also always fun to go in and see what the new animal up for adoption is. It is awesome to see how many animals get adopted this way, and also great to see new fuzzy faces each time I visit.

The staff was welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. I was there for a self- dog wash, she set me up quickly and after the bath, I shopped and she helped me carry the bag of dog food to my car. So helpful as I had my dog on leash after the bath. Thank you

​I love the range of products that I can't find at the 'big box" stores. I also greatly appreciate staff who are knowledgeable and take the time to help me with our aging dog, Lola's, special dietary needs. Bryan has been especially helpful. I look for him every time I go into the store. His recommendations have been a big help for our 13-year-old dog during a particularly challenging time finding the right diet so she feels comfortable, even with a very sensitive stomach. Thank you!
