Shannon was incredible every step along the way. She was organized, efficient and got me the best possible value for my home. She came to my home several months before the sale date to give guidance on what I should/should not update before sale and didn't steer me wrong. She was spot on with how to price the house, and I ended up in a multiple offer situation after it was on the market just 3 days. We were able to close quickly and seamlessly.
