Professional, punctual, kind, thoughtful, generous, detail-oriented, always willing and wanting to go the extra mile for her client(s), genuine, informative, etc. Shannon is the whole package. She treats her clients with the utmost respect and courtesy, but it goes beyond that. You're not a number or a dollar sign; Shannon treats you like a friend. Anyone would be lucky to work with Shannon even once in their lives. She's amazing.

From the very start of our purchase we were treated like family (family that you like-lol) I can not even begin to tell you how amazing the whole experience was. Shannon took away any cause for concern - to the point that on the day we signed on our cottage she was in our bathroom scrubbing the floors because she didn't like the way it was left!!
