I come to Matt and Sally for over 20 years, and I always received the best service and advice possible. There is a difference between a Mom-and-Pop business vs the corporate world. Here you have that extra attention and connection where you feel like a friend not just a customer that consumes a product and that's good for the bottom line. There is that special human touch and connection. I will never switch to any other place ever.

Mike's Bikes has the best techs in the east bay, great not just for Mountain but I take my Road Bike there. Great for fast turn around on tubeless reseal and knowledgable techs to help me better maintain my bike.

Sharp's has a great array of products to satisfy the needs of cyclists at all skill levels. Bike services are top notch and very thorough. On my last visit, the technician informed me that a part on my bike was under a recall that I was not aware of. The technician arranged to return the recalled part and installed the replacement.
