Shaun Richards was absolutely awesome! I was a very difficult client and he couldn't have been nicer or more understanding. We looked at houses for about a year and he was always there for me no matter what, he made sure to always fit me into his busy schedule to look at houses whenever one came on the market. He also involved my parents into my home buying process which meant so much to me. Shaun is just an awesome realtor and I'm glad I was able to work with him and learn a lot about the home buying process. I can't thank him enough for all that he did for my fiancé and I.

We were moving in from out of state and I contacted Shaun. He immediately signed me up for email alerts to listings that matched my search criteria. He was accessible by phone virtually 24/7 and would even drive by listings for me to see if they had the yard room I required. I would come in from out of state for a couple of days at a time and he would show me listings at times that were convenient for ME. After we found a house we wanted, he gave me information on home inspectors (which saved us from buying one house that would have been a money pit), sent me the phone numbers for all the utility companies so I didn't have to look them up and I found out afterward that he was going on vacation, but he never once mentioned that so I didn't feel pressured to hurry up and find something. He always dressed and conducted himself in the utmost professional manner and even wedged himself into some pretty harrowing places to inspect parts of homes I couldn't see. I would HIGHLY recommend Shaun to anyone looking for a home!
