Shaune brought a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly approach to selling our house. She recommended a higher asking price than we came to her with and validated that with her research. She smartly recommended what investments in the house would bring a return from buyers. Shaune created an effective sales presentation for our house and ensured other realtors were aware of the offer. Throughout the process, she represented us well to buyers, maintained timely contact with our lawyer, and kept us up to date on all opportunities and issues. In the end, we successfully sold the house at a higher price than we projected with minimum issues.

Seane was extremely personable and knowledgeable. She was climbing over , looking under, and checking out things I didn’t know needed checking. If the home was 179000 or 30000 she treated it no differently. I would give her ten stars!!

I've never sold a house before but Shaune made the process super easy and explained everything very clearly. She was really efficient, quick to find buyers and came highly recommended by an attorney who does work with her on a regular basis. I would also recommend her to anyone who doesn't know who to go to when selling or buying a home. She was awesome! Can't say enough good things.

Shaune Henry was amazing and by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with. I consider myself lucky for having her as my realtor. Without her this would never have happened as quickly as it did. She is very professional and quick to respond in communications to her. She is very easy to work with. Having worked in the past with other realtors, I would have to grade her the perfect realtor. She was never too busy to answer any questions I had or to execute any requests I had.
