The communication helped greatly in allowing me to be prepared for whatever was needed to be done. Sheila handled a lot of unknown material such as needed paperwork documents that were critical in the sale and would not have gone as smoothly if left to myself. So grateful that she represented my interests and had everything covered all the way to close.

I enjoyed having a team of people working with my wife and I to sell our house. We were able to have multiple points of feedback that built our confidence in how we were preparing and pricing the home. Any questions that we developed were diligently answered. Sheila was always very prompt in response to our questions and very knowledgeable and passionate about the real estate industry and it’s processes. Her recommendations and coordination for our home staging and photos were extremely helpful to successfully show our home in the most desirable manner.
