Shelley has been absolutely amazing throughout this process. I had briefly worked with two other realtors who seemed completely focused on getting the sale, which I get because it's their livelihood, but forgetting that their paycheck exists because of the service they're providing to customers. So I asked a friend for a recommendation, and he sent me to Shelley, insisting she's the absolute best and that I won't be disappointed. He couldn't have been more right. As you're aware, this is a tough market for buyers right now. I am convinced that without Shelley, I would not be in the house that I'm in. The house she helped me get meets every one of my needs and 90% of my wants, at a price that didn't hit the top of my budget. We've been working together for three months, and put in several offers before getting this one accepted. With each offer, Shelley advised me on ways to make it more attractive to buyers without making me feel pressured to follow her advice. That was one of the things I liked most about working with Shelley, she gave solid advice but was never pushy like the other agents I had briefly worked with. Finally, with this house, I'm convinced Shelley made it happen because of her savvy way of writing the offer the day the house went on the market, and including an expiration date for the following day on the offer. I was ready to include an appraisal gap, but she said it wasn't necessary since there were no other offers and we could add it later if need be. I think the expiration date caused the buyer to accept before having the chance to get other, maybe better, offers. Aside from this house, Shelley has been amazing, always responding promptly to texts and calls, working through the emotional roller coaster of buying a house with me, talking through things like going month to month on my current lease so I'll be free to move into a house ASAP once I find one. She's a really great person to work with in any capacity, has a warm and caring personality, knows her stuff, and gets the job done. If anyone asks me if I know a good realtor, I will praise Shelley the same way that the person who referred me to her did, insisting they will not be disappointed if they choose to work with her. I liked Shelley Scott’s professionalism, her knowledge and experience, and her ability to listen and communicate with me, at a level 2nd to none. What I appreciated the most was that when she told me she was going to do something, she did it. While I did not deal directly with anyone else at Reinhardt , I always felt confident that there was a terrific support organization behind Shelley. My experience selling my house, was made relatively stress free, and I would recommend both Shelley Scott and Reinhardt Realty to family and friends
