The store closed last night at 6:00 PM and we driven an hour to get there but due to an accident on I-81 we arrived at 6:10 PM. The short woman with black hair allowed us to come in and select and purchase a used bike, helped us find a better seat, had one of the techs give it a tune up and sold us a kick stand and had it installed. We were there until 6:40 and are very appreciative to her for the spectacular service and going the extra two miles!!

I came in with a bad valve stem while in the middle of a ride. The tech dropped what they were doing to do a quick change for me.Turned into a little more than a quick change but also reminded me of the benefits of regular maintenance. Great service all the time!

I am a new customer who first visited with a friend who bought a bike from you then I returned to have my bike tuned up. I was very imprssed with everyone working there during both visits. Your team is welcoming, firendly, knowledgeable, and really listens to and engages with customers. You also did a great job tuning up my 21 year old Trek hybrid bike. It rode and shifted much smoother afterwards. I would highly recommend Shenandoah to anyone interested in a new bike or a tuneup!
