Services - I live in Richmond but come up to Massanutten on a routine basis. I am now taking all my bikes here (and now my friend's bikes). I love how you do a quick assessment of the bike when I'm there, a fast turn around on getting an estimate in writing, the quality of work, and how well you manage expectations on when the bike will be ready. Everyone is great to work with and Madison always brings a level of confidence that my bike will be fixed right

Person approached within 30 seconds of entering store and asked if she could help me find anything. I was looking for bike gloves and she asked if it was for road bike or mountain bike. She obviously wanted to show me exactly what I needed and was great in making sure I got exactly what I needed.

Kevin was amazing and helped me think through what I need/ want in my next bike. I tried out a handful of bikes from other shops and nothing spoke to me or made me smile like the very 1st bike he got me on. They were not pushy and preferred to make sure I got the right bike for my goals. The entire staff was amazing. They let us bring in our dogs and even walked one while I rode/ tested a couple bikes. The customer service was unreal and I have never been so stoked on a bike shop. Thank you all for your help, your laughter the dog love and most of all my new Salsa Warroad bike. I took her for 10 miles the next am and it was so much fun!!!! Great bike and AWESOME SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whenever I step in the door at SBC I can expect TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL help at the highest level.I drive from Lexington so a 60 mile drive is not taken lightly..In the 15 years that Ive been doing business at SBC Ive never been disappointed. 'Nuff said
