Kevin was amazing and helped me think through what I need/ want in my next bike. I tried out a handful of bikes from other shops and nothing spoke to me or made me smile like the very 1st bike he got me on. They were not pushy and preferred to make sure I got the right bike for my goals. The entire staff was amazing. They let us bring in our dogs and even walked one while I rode/ tested a couple bikes. The customer service was unreal and I have never been so stoked on a bike shop. Thank you all for your help, your laughter the dog love and most of all my new Salsa Warroad bike. I took her for 10 miles the next am and it was so much fun!!!! Great bike and AWESOME SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service was great. The store was very inspiring and very busy. As an older big guy with a pretty significant lower back/body injury I had did my research before choosing the bike or Shenandoah Bicycle Co. 1st bike I’ve ever had that actually fit me and they had it set very close for me when I walked in the door. They have earned all future business. The knowledge is worth a few extra bucks.

I bought a Checkpoint AL5 and it came in on time and they built it beautifully! I had a rack and water holders added and they put them on where I'd asked. They helped me find a bike bell that fit my wide handle bar. They paid a fair price for the two kids bikes I sold them. I'm in love with my new bike and my son is loving his upgrade to my old one! Everyone I interact with at the shop is knowledgeable and personable. I always feel welcomed!

Jane took the time to walk me through what the different bikes were that were in my price range. She taught me about the differences in the bikes and showed me how they worked. Overall, I would not have been confident enough to buy a bike unless someone had answered my many questions. She answered them and more! I cannot recommend Shenandoah Bicycle Company enough!

To anyone that has a trek bike, I would HIGHLY recommend this bike shop. I went in for a derailleur hangar for my bike because the one I had was bent. After going back and forth, and then showing me different ones, we found the right one for the bike and my bike is working and shifting better than before. I would highly recommend going to pulp too, very good smoothies.
