Our family rented E bikes for an afternoon. Shenandoah Bicycle Company was great, they reserved bikes for us, gave us advice on a good route, and showed us how to use the bikes. The staff was super nice and the bikes were great. Would highly recommend them!

I found timely help with getting a new tire for my wheelbarrow. First, I spoke to Kevin and after a helpful chat on the phone about my tire (after several calls to other places where I "talked" to AI), I went downtown, got easy parking, and was helped immediately. The cost was reasonable - if not much better than if had bought the tire online or somewhere else. Great store, responsive staff!

Informed sales people. No pressure to buy something you don’t need. If you are thinking of buying a bike online, don’t. You will not have anyone to help with those questions you didn’t anticipate and at Shenandoah they will always be there to answer the phone, ask questions, repair and adjust if needed and get you back on your bike. I’m so glad we made our first e-bike purchase with this company. I’m no youngster and had more questions than the average human, and they were so very helpful and put me at ease.
