Thomas and Ben helped me out big time in a pinch - they prioritized installing a new brake lever right away so that I could get back on the trail and enjoy my full weekend in the George Washington National Forest. So grateful to them for getting the job done in less than an hour. Chilled with my dog drinking a beer (yes, they have drafts) on their back patio while they set me up. Thanks so much!

I had my bike serviced at Shenandoah Bicycle Company. The staff was friendly, easy to talk about what I think needed to be done and what they suggested. They didn't try and over sell me. Most importantly the bike is fixed and rides well.

Visited a few weeks ago while biking in Stokesville campground. Bent a rotor and made a quick trip to the shop where Madison was very helpful to get me up and running that same day, less than 1 hour repair from arrival to departure. Well stocked store and experienced technicians.
