Great job staging with quality furnishings. We ended up getting offered $180,000 over our asking price with multiple offer. So using Shiwhomes paid for themselves as this was way beyond our expectations and I have been in the industry for 20+ years so we buy and sell homes and typically don’t stage our properties. We have already recommended them to many of our realtor friends.

Showhomes staged my home which is now in escrow. They were very professional and easy to work with. We chose the Resident Manager option to watch over my home and keep the house ready for realtor showings. They also communicated with everyone involved every step of the process. Showhomes did a beautiful job staging our home for sale. The furniture and decor was tastefully displayed throughout the entire house. Chris and his designers communicated well during the entire process. The setup and removal of the staging was flawless, they even filled and painted the holes where they had hung pictures, TV's, etc. Their house manager program is also a game changer if your property is unoccupied. I wouldn't sell a property again without using Showhomes.
