We were very hesitant to stage. We did not see the value. Our agent Sharon G Aubuchon with RE/MAX shared all the examples she had with her sellers. Them she brought Bryan in with Showhomes. We fell in love with him. We are so glad we staged our home and truly believe we probably got $25-$30,000 more by staging it and makes the house just have a whole different feel and vibe. Thank you Bryan and Sharon great teamwork.

Staging a home brings your more money and helps the home appraise. Even if the market is hot and you are getting multiple offers, it drives the price up. Much like when a home is flipped. It’s a no brained. Don’t let your home go live naked or with 60’s clothes on. Buyers of today want dressed current homes
