We had high expectations with Showhomes based on references from friends who had used them in the past. Showhomes not only met our expectations but exceeded them. They were very professional, prompt, and courteous with their delivery and execution. Their teamwork was excellent Their furniture and home decor choices & placement were perfect and was ABSOLUTELY key to the quick sale of our condo. We are a very satisfied customer and will definitely use them on any future sales.

Showhomes has a number of talented and creative designers on staff. Specifically Alyssa Davidson whom we’ve had the pleasure of working with a number of times. Most recently she staged a multi million dollar home we listed for sale on the water. We received a plethora of compliments specifically on the staging from many buyers that came through to view the home. And now it’s under contract! Alyssa, went above and beyond to accommodate us, she has a very high-level communication, super helpful and easy to work with. My real estate group has worked with Showhomes for many years and we’ve always been satisfied. In addition, Theresa Akers ( who handles everything regarding contracts, payments, etc) is always a pleasure to work with.

Our experience using Showhomes Tampa was excellent. They met all our deadlines and decorated our home primarily with accessories. We had great furniture but needed art work and decorations to really make our home look gorgeous. They hung pictures, put out decor, colorful pillows and really put some final touches on our home that made it look amazing. Our home was under contract within 2 weeks and having it decorated beautifully really makes a big difference in presenting your home. This company was great to work with. I have zero complaints and would certainly use them again should the need present.

We started using Alyssa a year ago to stage our Independent Living units. Not really knowing how it would work since we are different than a traditional real estate deal, she came as a referral so we took a chance. Little did we know it was going to be such a wow factor and almost as soon as we have a unit staged it is reserved for a future resident. It doesn't matter if we give her an idea of what we are looking for or she runs with her creativity, the unit always looks stunning! She took a 380 sq ft studio and provided so many universal spaces within it. We are beyond pleased with Theresa, Alyssa and their staff. We have now expanded their service to three of our other communities and they are all very pleased. Alyssa is always a pleasure to work with and her team is always super respectful to our residents.
