From beginning to end, I cannot express adequately what an excellent job Show Homes was able to do for us. Professionally staged, our listing was sold quicker, garnered more attention and showings and sold for more than if we had not staged with Show Homes. Thank you all for your hard work, dedication and professionalism.

We found Nancy and her crew very responsive. They shared a lot of very good ideas on what to do to improve the likelihood of selling the house (we implemented several of them on our own). We really appreciated their range of services and pay options. We were able to sell our house on our own, before Showhomes took over. However we are optimistic that had we fully utilized their services we would have more than be able to recoup, and gain, from their services.

Oh my goodness…. Where to start. From the moment of my first contact with Nancy, I knew she and Showhomes were something quite unique. She spent as much time as I needed answering my questions, explaining the process, sharing past scenarios of staging and the magnificent outcomes. Within 2 days of marketing after Showhomes staged my home, I got a cash offer above asking price. Prior to that, it had been on the market for over 100 days. I can’t recommend Nancy, her team and Showhomes enough. A solid, ethical, “for the client” organization that goes above and beyond.

Unbelievable experience. Nancy was a God send to me. I live out of state and had a fixer-upper mountain house in Asheville that she made over beautifully, and with sensitivity to cost where possible. She single handedly “sold” the house to the buyers by walking them through it and making them comfortable with the renovations. I believe the buyers are also going to use her going forward for more improvements. I couldn’t have sold my home without her!! Very pleasant and easy to work with and kept me comfortable that she was taking care of my home every step of the way. Thank you Nancy!!!

I have personally as a realtor used showhomes to stage several of my client's homes with great success. I move into an Office manager's position with a medical device manufacturing compnay and recommended them to find furniture for several of our collaboration spaces within our new building. They did not disappointment me again. They were on time, professional, and helpful with their ability to see exactly what we wanted.
I highly recommend them for all your needs when it comes to either staging a home or finding the right furniture and look for your home or office.

The whole team was at Showhomes was excellent! Nancy is very knowledgeable about real estate and offered great advice on the staging and marketing of our home. She also noticed small details that needed to be addressed before we listed. We appreciated that so much. Lauren is a talented designer and chose the furniture and accessories perfectly.
