Representatives are courteous and professional, and do their work quickly.
The only thing I don't really like involves your billing procedure. Every month, within the first 5-7 days of the month, we pay our invoice to Shred-It. Yet every month, about the middle of the month, we get an email claiming you haven't received payment and it is overdue. If this is an "auto-response" created by your computer, I understand...but maybe the cutoff date (or whatever triggers that auto-response) can be changed. I just delete the email when I see it, because I know we paid our bill...it's just a little annoying.
THAT I AM CONFIDENT THAT THE ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE SHRED-IT WILL BE DONE AND I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY. ALMOST ALL THE COMPANIES THAT I WORK FOR USE IT AND IT'S BEEN AROUND FOR A [LAST NAME REMOVED] TIME.
