two areas to improve: 1. friendliness of staff coming into our offices: we don't expect them to engage in conversations with our staff but do expect them to be cheerful and polite. After all, because of us and others like us, they have a job. 2. receive a schedule of pick up dates so we know when to expect them.
Always reliable - always know when someone will be at the office to clean out bins.
Had to request an extra bin for a special shredding job and your service department was helpful and quick to get the extra bin over to our office.
Will need a quote next month to either increase our service to weekly or add an extra shredding bin when we move into our new space and increase our work force.
