The staff was willing to take the time out from working on a bicycle, to chat with me and answer any questions i had. There was no rush to ring up my order so he could get back to work. Very knowledgeable and very polite. Also, the prices rivaled on-line prices and the product worked perfectly!

Great service at a reasonable price. I needed a steer tune cut down. Not only did they have it done and back to me same day, but I noticed they greased and lubed the important spots on the bike. Now that’s service! Thanks guys!

This Trek E bike allows my weary 80 yr old body to continue riding here in the Sierras. Love pushing the assist button and flattening out the hills. Ride on dude!
