When I walked in the door , I was treated like I was their best customer. I was looking to buy a road bike. Christian was very helpful with the size and type of bike I wanted. It took me about 6 months to pull the trigger and he found the bike I wanted. He never brushed me off and he was very informative after the purchase

I just picked up a new set of wheels from SBW. The wheels are great, Bontrager Aeolus Pro 37's. The real thing is how they worked with me. They were extremely helpful and guiding during questioning about what I needed. They never tried to up-sell me or add unneeded items. I was not nitpicked on labor charges plus they were super fast, days early on completion. I recommend these guys highly for your next upgrade or anything cycling. You won't be sorry.
