A couple years ago I bought a couple Trek MTB for myself and wife. I was extremely happy with the bikes and service. I recently went back to Sierra Bicycle Werks to purchase a couple more MTB’s for my kids. They were able to get them sized, ordered and delivered within about a week. This is a great company with good bikes and fair prices. I would highly recommend Sierra Bicycle Werks.

Two things I really like: First, they worked with me as I thought through some choices I was making on modifying my bike, and they were very patient when I changed the plan and decided to upgrade to new components. Second, they have a pattern of under-promising, and over-delivering. By this I mean that on both occasions when I've brought my bike in for service, they give me a conservative timeline for getting the work done. They understand that it is better to say "We'll have it done on Saturday" and then get it to me early, rather than the other way around.
