The owner and workers are friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgable on all things "bicycle". Carli, Ted, and Leon were the ones who specifically stood out in this most recent visit.

Kent was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. He gave me some good options and offered to submit a warranty claim on a bike I had bought from another shop that failed to fix the problem despite bringing it to them 3x.

The best quality! Some services are performed on the spot, which was a huge surprise as well as being much appreciated! Feeling welcomed from the time you enter the building to the time you exit, the sense of community no matter the customers ability’s or riding style is very present.
