All the guys at Sierra Cyclesmith are very helpful and great to work with. They are all very knowledgeable. If they don't have it in stock, they will get it for you. I can't think of a better bike shop!

I have been biking for 30 plus years. I think this is the best LBS (local bike shop) that I have ever delt with. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I found the pricing on tools and accessories to be very fair. The service department is very responsive and professional. I would recommend this shop without reservation.

Sierra Cyclesmith is hands-down one of the best bike shops around. Their product selection is always dialed — high-quality parts, great brands, and everything a mountain biker actually wants to use. I’ve never walked in and felt like I had to “settle” for something; they stock the good stuff. The service is what really keeps me coming back. The crew there knows their bikes, listens to what you actually need, and gets the job done right the first time. Whether it’s helping pick out components, doing a quick fix, or tackling a full tune, they treat every rider with the same level of attention and respect. They support the local riding community, show up for events, and genuinely care about keeping people stoked on bikes. That’s a rare combo these days. Their owner Leon sets the friendly, professional tone and all of the staff are clearly happy to work there. Very friendly staff. Understood what my husband and I were looking for in a mountain bike. Even though we are probably older than the average customer, they understood we do a lot of mountain biking in the west. The helped get our new bike set up for our trips to Utah, Idaho and Nevada.

Noah always gives super rad customer service. He is always honest, helpful, and efficient with any bike repairs that I need. You guys also do a great job at having really good retail products that people actually use for the trails! This will always be my local shop.
