The owner and workers are friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgable on all things "bicycle". Carli, Ted, and Leon were the ones who specifically stood out in this most recent visit.

Kent was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. He gave me some good options and offered to submit a warranty claim on a bike I had bought from another shop that failed to fix the problem despite bringing it to them 3x.

The best quality! Some services are performed on the spot, which was a huge surprise as well as being much appreciated! Feeling welcomed from the time you enter the building to the time you exit, the sense of community no matter the customers ability’s or riding style is very present. Leon and the crew are great. Finding the valve extender I didn’t even know existed was awesome! I will keep bringing my race bikes to this shop. They know what they are doing, and are keeping me going with confidence on my races.

Aaron was very helpful with the special order of a Specialized thru-axle, and the gal (sorry, I don't remember her name) who rang up the purchase for me first thing Saturday morning on 4/25 was very friendly. Also, the thru-axle order came in quickly.

The service department is thorough and timely, explains all of the necessary repairs and is reasonably priced. It doesn’t get much better than that.
