By far this is the best bike shop in town!!! The line of bikes and parts they sell and have available in the shop are excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! The mechanics are also excellent and get you fixed up as soon as possible. Yesterday I bought my second e-bike — a Specialized Turbo Levo Alloy — from Sierra Cyclesmith in Reno, NV, and the experience was outstanding. I already own an e-bike in Europe, but this was my first purchase here in the U.S., and the team made everything easy and smooth. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all the details of the Turbo Levo, answer my questions, and make sure the bike was perfectly set up for me. They also helped me choose the best bike rack for my car and recommended the right accessories without any pressure — just honest, professional advice focused on what actually made sense for my needs. Great customer service, great atmosphere, and a team that clearly knows and loves bikes. I highly recommend Sierra Cyclesmith to anyone in the Reno area looking for a new bike or e-bike.
