I can’t say enough about Sierra Cyclesmith particularly with regards to your staff and the mountain bikes you sell. I often talk about your shop and the friendly and helpful technicians and sales people. Keep up the great work. An example of your devotion to customers is my absence for several years. My dear wife had been ill for some time, so I felt it important to be with her most of the time. When I returned to the shop, Ted who had help me in the past, remembered me right away. Believe me, I was taken back realizing all the customers he had helped during my absence of over two years and by the way, I had gotten older (83 years old). Yet he remembered me. When I told him and the newer staff members my wife had passed away, they were so consoling it literally brought tears to my eyes. The people at Sierra Cyclesmith, those past and present will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you for your dedication.
