Yesterday I bought my second e-bike — a Specialized Turbo Levo Alloy — from Sierra Cyclesmith in Reno, NV, and the experience was outstanding. I already own an e-bike in Europe, but this was my first purchase here in the U.S., and the team made everything easy and smooth. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all the details of the Turbo Levo, answer my questions, and make sure the bike was perfectly set up for me. They also helped me choose the best bike rack for my car and recommended the right accessories without any pressure — just honest, professional advice focused on what actually made sense for my needs. All the guys at Sierra Cyclesmith are very helpful and great to work with. They are all very knowledgeable. If they don't have it in stock, they will get it for you. I can't think of a better bike shop!

I have been biking for 30 plus years. I think this is the best LBS (local bike shop) that I have ever delt with. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I found the pricing on tools and accessories to be very fair. The service department is very responsive and professional. I would recommend this shop without reservation.

I’ve never walked in and felt like I had to “settle” for something; they stock the good stuff. The service is what really keeps me coming back. The crew there knows their bikes, listens to what you actually need, and gets the job done right the first time. Whether it’s helping pick out components, doing a quick fix, or tackling a full tune, they treat every rider with the same level of attention and respect. They support the local riding community, show up for events, and genuinely care about keeping people stoked on bikes. That’s a rare combo these days. Their owner Leon sets the friendly, professional tone and all of the staff are clearly happy to work there.
