Forest and the rest of the team really delivered on my frame up build. While Forest drove the project all the team, Stephen started the process, provided input during the several times I came in to plan the build. In the end I got a beautiful bike that exceeds all my performance expectations ( and my capability - ha!). I highly recommend the shop and the crew, they are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to invest the time to find the right solution. Forest was great on the whole project! Blain

Sierra Cyclesmith is awesome! You were able to get Specialized to partially cover repair cost to a wheel that i had just gone out of warranty. Wheel is good as new and ready to get back riding.

Ted, and everyone on the team, assisted me with helping me with my l bikes. Such a pleasure to work with I would definitely buy my bike from them even though they’re far away. I bought a seat post that they installed and when I tried to get my bike onto my hitch, they had to take apart my bike to help me get it onto the rack. Great service and great people.

They have amazing customer service, great products and always go above and beyond! I think they are the best bike shop in town! It’s like a family there… owner is fantastic. We have bought two e bikes, two bike racks and many accessories. I can always count on them for quick repairs and maintenance. I have referred many friends and they love it there too!
