There is always a last minute 'crisis' when installing exhibitions. Developing personal relationships with their clients means that I can call on Signwave to resolve last minute graphics and signage issues and they are always willing and able to help.

A little more feedback regarding the design and proofing stages of our signs would have been good. We selected a font that we thought would be good, and when we saw the proofs, they were just black and white text boxes, so we couldn't really get a good sense of how it would look on the stainless steel plates.
Consequently, the font we'd chosen was probably a bit too thin, and would have benefited from being bolded or such. I think Signwave probably knows what works and what doesn't, and could have offered that insight.
They did, however, replace one of the new plates which was damaged upon arrival, so I was grateful for this. It was also a quick turnaround time from proof approval to delivery.
