We were allowed to test the product and got very personalized service. The staff was far more knowledgeable than I was, and this was a big help. I was looking for something cheaper and was approached as I was about to leave. Through that no pressure conversation I realized after testing the bike that I was not going to get as good of a product at a big box store where I have shopped in the past. They were better equipped to meet our needs, and I like that there is someone there to talk to in the future if we need modifications or information to help us have a good outcome. When you are a novice help goes a long way.

I went on a Saturday afternoon after I got off my bike ride and they stayed late and helped me fix my bike I was so grateful We’re lucky to have this bike shop in town Thank you, laurie
