Group Training is amazing, it keeps me motivated and I have so much fun working out with other women. My trainer, Jordan Patrick is a phenomenal trainer. I have been with her for 8 months and even though I may not "need" her anymore, butI still learn something new every time we train together. The knowledge about fitness and health that she has is truly incredible. I owe my health to her. She helped me lose 22% body fat and gain over 10lbs of muscle. I love training with her! And I will do it until I can't afford it anymore!
I love how clean the facility is thats #1. #2 majority of the staff know me by my first name so I always feel at home when I come to the gym. And Eric Gross the general manager at mid town is a very nice guy.
Great facilities. Outstanding trainer that always does something different. He creates a desire to work hard and makes you want to strive to improve. I have had several trainers and Thomas is by far the best! I am a very satisfied client!
One issue: whenever there is a fill-in to make shakes from outside the normal rotation, there's a pretty clear gap between normal quality and what you get on occasion.
Another issue that goes to a macro level: I think there should be a program to earn discounts on/free shakes, outside of the birthday one. I really think this would raise revenue in that area.
Obvious pros: I think y'all do a fantastic job with the severely limited space. You see some wasted space like at BA imho, definitely not Midtown. If the landlord(s) of Promenade weren't sticks in the mud (I've heard stories), an extra couple thousand square feet would make it such an unbelievable destination facility, and without the competition faced out south with Lifetime, etc. I'll cross my fingers.
Always cleaner than South, by a mile. Sometimes I wonder if South actually dusts more than once a quarter.
Absolutely no attitude from staff here either. You have some "bros" out South, but Midtown seems to have an additional layer of friendly to it. Very communal.
Midtown is closer to my work, and I'm very thankful for that. Keep rockin.
