The mechanics were super helpful with installing my new cleats! He also checked my Domane and recommended specific maintenance items. I purchased my bike at the Georgetown location a few years ago, but will be returning to this location in the future. Great customer service!

Keith, along with his staff at the Washington DC location in Southeast provided me with outstanding customer service. They are very patient and detailed with answering questions and addressing concerns I had before purchasing a road bike for my son. They were very knowledgeable about all the different bikes and went the extra mile with sizing and allowing my son test ride/drive different bikes to make sure that it was indeed a good fit for him. They also double-check everything on the bike before leaving with our brand new purchase. They even went over the warranty services and Tune-Ups required to maintain our purchase. I feel very happy and satisfied with my new investment for my my son as he embarks on the new adventure of road biking. Thank you again to the staff and Keith, especially for doing everything it took to ensure my expectations were managed properly. They did not pressure me at all with my purchase which made it even more worth my while and time.

The store manager personally ( single handedly ) did repairs on my bike in 15 mins , while multi-tasking answering phones cals as well as answering questions from unexpected Customers who walked in with only browsing . He was quick, efficient, & stayed focused on my bike repair which was fast

They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff. And the best part is they're honest. I walked in expecting to pay a lot of money for a complicated service, but they recommended that they try something else before taking that route. The fix they recommended worked and in the end it saved me a lot of money. I would definitely recommend seeing them for all of your cycling needs.
