Jason was extremely helpful in guiding us through selecting electric bikes. We ended up purchasing two Aventon Pace models. One had to be ordered, and it arrived within a week—super fast! We also picked up helmets, phone and bottle holders, racks, and bags for the back of the bikes. In addition, we bought a rack for the back of my truck, and Jason went above and beyond by assisting us with loading the bikes. Outstanding customer service and great prices. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to engage with every member of the Spinning Gears team and found each member extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. What I valued the most was that they listened really listened to what my needs were and helped to narrow down my choices. The customer services was beyond reproach to the point that I elected not to shop around as I felt 100% confident in the bike selected.
