I was made to feel as though I, as the customer, was important. My needs were taken into consideration, not just the sale of a product. I was not uncharged or encouraged to purchase a more expensive product, in fact, an equivalent product at a lower price was encouraged. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to purchase my next bike!

Corey (sp?) was really helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about my new bike and made sure it was right for me and how I will use it. Thanks to his patience, I know how to do basic maintenance on my bike and can feel confident in riding it. I highly recommend Slipping Gears!

Jason was extremely helpful in guiding us through selecting electric bikes. We ended up purchasing two Aventon Pace models. One had to be ordered, and it arrived within a week—super fast! We also picked up helmets, phone and bottle holders, racks, and bags for the back of the bikes. In addition, we bought a rack for the back of my truck, and Jason went above and beyond by assisting us with loading the bikes. Outstanding customer service and great prices. Highly recommend!
