Smith’s has a friendly and knowledgeable team of cycling enthusiasts. They are always ready to help you find what you are looking for or give you informed suggestions. The selection of bicycles, accessories, helmets and clothing is very good. The store is well stocked. The Service Department is also very approachable and professional. They have a great deal of experience and are current on the latest technology.

We had a great experience working with Smith’s getting our electric bikes. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I am a Trek fan, so if you want a Trek, they are the shop to use. Smith’s has a pretty good stock of bikes, equipment and supplies. I like a shop where you can see the mechanics working on bikes; they are not in a back room. Smith’s also supports community events and does a good job of promoting cycling in general.
