I like how efficient that repair process is. I did not expect the level of communication for my repair. I was impressed on how Smith's gave me a receipt of how much the repair costs were going to be. I also received text messages, emails, and a reminder phone call the day before my repair was scheduled.

Everyone was super kind. I am not super familiar with bikes and they explained everything to me and helped me understand what was wrong with my bike. I also felt like they charged a fair price for my repairs.
