Outstanding service at Smith's Bike Shop!
I called in the morning to ask about dropping off my bike for a tire repair, and Neil—who was friendly and helpful—immediately said yes. I brought the bike in around 12:30, and while I was there, the repair technician took a look at the issue on the spot, offered expert advice on the best fix, and even shared helpful tips on maintaining my bike and chain.
I wasn’t expecting same-day service, but when Scott (repair technician) heard I had driven in from about 30 minutes away, he kindly offered to take care of the repair that day. I ran a quick errand, and when I returned just over an hour later, my bike was ready to go!
I was thrilled to be able to take it home and get back on the road later that day. The staff at Smith’s Bike Shop were knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I came in with little knowledge of e-bikes. I first used one on vacation and absolutely loved it! I knew I had to have one. Smith's Bike Shop was highly recommended and has a good reputation. Neil took the time to educate me and answer all my questions. He was passionate, fun, and friendly. My son and I took a little test drive, and I was all in! We added accessories with Neil's recommendations, and I was very confident with my decision. He even helped us load the bike into my vehicle. Thank you so much!

In addition to a variety of products, Smith's has provided years of service for me and my bikes in the form of good advice and quality work. The staff have been especially helpful with my transition to an eBike, starting with the good advice years ago and continuing with tuneups and repairs that have kept it in great shape throughout.
