Every time I enter the store there is always someone willing to help me find what I need or fix my bike. Their staff are experts in all things bike and I wouldnt want to take my bike anywhere else - shout out especially to Scott who has always demonstrated kindness and is highly skilled and thorough in his bike fixing abilities.

My favorite bike shop! Can't beat the friendliness, welcoming environment and the expertise of both the sales staff and technicians. They have just about everything you could ever need for any type of cycling- and if they don't have it, they'll find it for you!

I am constantly amazed by the incredible customer service offered at Smith's. Every single employee cares about what they do and really connects with bike riders at every level to help them understand their bikes and maximize their enjoyment based on the biker's age, interest, etc. The level of care and connection offered by staff is just incredible and will make me a life-long customer.

The service is excellent! The only thing is that none of the staff knew who Kevin Smith is and I think that shows a lack of culture. I did tell them this to their faces and they all promised to run home and watch Clerks and Mallrats.

I purchased a Trk bike, so good quality. Also I interacted with a couple of staff, both very knowledgeable. Bought a few bike addons also and they were attached correctly.
