I’m up in north east Iowa doing same hunting and fishing. Unfortunately my derailer took a hit and put my bike out of commission. I called Smith’s bike shop up and they got me in as soon as possible for one of their technicians to look at it and got me back up and running way faster than expected and what I considered reasonable prices. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I like how efficient that repair process is. I did not expect the level of communication for my repair. I was impressed on how Smith's gave me a receipt of how much the repair costs were going to be.
