I had excellent service from Scott recently! His knowledge about bikes was very helpful and completed the work efficiently and made suggestions for keeping chains maintained so I felt he is a great resource at the shop!

Smith's has good service at a fair price. Helpful with their knowledge if you are going to do work on your own. Excellent at getting parts. Sales staff is knowledgeable---and more important, with staff turnover it can't be expected everyone knows everything, so they don't pretend and if someone knows more---they make sure you get the right answer. Lots of selection on pikes and accessories. Well, a little weak in the touring bikes; but then, few people are looking for touring bikes. No matter the need they'll get you set up.
