I love that my sister's nurse calls me periodically to just check in. She also calls when there is any changes with my sister and her medication. The entire staff does a great job when I order Walmart delivery for my sister they don't mind me calling to verify that she got it and that it was delivered to the right place and the local Walmart does a good job of of that for us. If you don't have a lot of money and someone you care about has to be in a facility you cannot go wrong with Smyrna Care center!

Everyone was friendly but the staff in the memory Care unit were exceptionally friendly and nice and did everything they could to help us and they could use more help especially you know when they're trying to give people showers which I understand is not an everyday thing or in every other day thing but that's because of staffing I'm sure and I know how hard staffing is but the business office did an outstanding job of answering all of our questions and helping us to understand how things work but the memory care unit staff is just fantastic I mean the patience those people have I cannot say enough nice things about them!
