Both staff members I talked with were very helpful. They were good at explaining all the options without being pushy to sign up for more than what I needed like at some other gyms. The Lakeville location is just the right size and well-maintained.

I love the remodel at the Lakeville location! My only gripe is the new treadmills that have narrower sides than the previous ones. As a walker, not runner, my hands hit the sides more often. Other than that, perfection!

It's reasonably priced and the clientele are regular people just like me. Not body builders and anorexic super models. The club is clean and friendly. I like that I'm not bombarded with sales pitches. We love Amy's friendly greetings and goodbyes.

Your staff is extraordinary. They are attentive and knowledgeable without being judgmental or rude. I enjoy going in the evenings and on weekend mornings. I like Snap Fitness because it is an easy and comfortable place to work out. It is a gym and is conducted as one. No frills. My career is very high stress - it has high expectations, frills and is crazy busy. I go to Snap to de-stress and pull myself back together and it works tremendously. My personal exercise goals are allowing me to see some great results and achieve an awesome confidence...Consistency in my workouts make this possible. I encourage my friends and colleagues to join Snap Fitness every chance I get.
