Coach was great, creative games and good class size (we’ve done soccer with a different company that had entirely too large class sizes and it was just too chaotic). Our son loved it!
The coach was AMAZING! His interactions with the group were age appropriate and fostered engagement. He also paid attention to the kids’ needs and modified based on that. For instance, my daughter didn’t handle getting her ball taken away during a game of “sharks and minnows” very well. Based on this, he anticipated her needs and would ask her if she wanted to be a shark with him right from the get go. This lead to a more positive experience for my daughter.
Methods and drills suited age of kids well. Coach made it fun and was patient. This was the perfect way to get our child their first experience with organized soccer. My spouse and I played soccer through college and it meant a lot to us to see our child playing, learning, and having fun.
We absolutely love this soccer class for our 2-year-old! Coach Sofia was incredibly patient, energetic, and great with little ones. She made learning fun with creative games and activities that keep the kids engaged while helping them develop coordination, balance, and teamwork skills.
The class is well-organized, with age-appropriate drills that focus on movement and basic soccer skills without being overwhelming. It’s the perfect mix of structure and play, ensuring that even the most active toddlers stay entertained.
I also appreciate how welcoming and encouraging the environment is—there’s no pressure, just a fun way for kids to get active and interact with others. The facility was clean and safe, and the session length is just right for their short attention spans.
If you're looking for a great introduction to soccer for your toddler, I highly recommend this program! It's been a wonderful experience for our family.
Coach Sofia Castonguay went above and beyond every session! She was fantastic and made it such a fun experience. She was energetic, knowledgeable, patient, and did such a great job with the 2 and 3 year olds. She deserves to be recognized!
Soccer Shots is great for any child learning the skills of soccer. The instructors make learning new skills enjoyable and fun for the kiddos. They also are great at listening and making each child feel special. My son hasn't played much but he showed up every week excited to learn a new skill and improve.
Coach Chris was exceptional. Would definitely repeat if could have same coach. Location at UA senior center was just OK and a little cramped, but it worked. Would be nice to have family and kid introductions as part of the early classes, but it went well regardless.
Coach Caitie lead a very successful soccer class for my 4 year old son. She made class fun and age appropriate! She is very skilled at drawing the children back into drills when they begin to lose interest. I would highly recommend Coach Caitie’s class to my family and friends.
It was perfectly geared towards young kids learning skills for the first time! Our coach (Caity) was awesome and made it fun and low stress for the kids! My son really enjoyed the weekly lessons and wants to sign up again. It was a good group size for all the kids to get some individual coaching and big enough that it was fun for group play. Thanks for a great experience!
The coach was very effective at managing and dealing with younger players. The skills taught, while also the emphasis on the players attitude and effort really made this an enjoyable experience for the kids. I thought it was well done, although I would have liked it at another location. The cross fit gym is loud, distracti, and very cold due to the poor insulation of the building.
