Each employee was friendly and welcoming and also knowledgeable about the products, services, and skill sets of the stylists. I had asked for someone who had experience with thinning, fine hair and Nicole was the perfect fit for me! She listened to my concerns, asked questions to make sure she knew what I needed, and looked at photos I had of what I was hoping for in a haircut. She did an outstanding job! She was also personable, attentive, and fun to talk to. Even the stylist in the booth next to us shared in my delight when I looked at the finished cut! The coupons for products and complementary services were also a bonus!
