I hadn’t been to the studio in a couple of years. Still so good. Super clean and not overly crowded. I really enjoyed the teacher-Jamie. Her class felt very calming, but still challenging. I’d definitely take a class with her again.
1. I like high heat, so I have to pick the instructors, who would set the high heat during the yoga class.
2. I like 75 minute yoga class and I would like to give myself at least 10-15 minutes for relaxation.
3. I like thirty minute break between two classes.
