I stopped into the shop to repair the tube on my son's bike. The staff were very friendly and professional and were able to order the unusual part and get it installed within a couple of days. I was even able to get a kickstand installed. Overall it was a great experience.

I don't remember the guy's name but he fixed my tire in like five minutes. Very pleasant guy got my bike fixed, and I was back at kensington riding in no time. I thought I would have to leave my bike there for a week. Good customer service.
