South Lyon Cycle is the MOST customer service business I have the pleasure of doing business with. They are friendly, helpful, and go way beyond the norm to assist. I have purchased a few bikes there and would highly recommend them. My last purchase was a CLASS1 e-bike. I’ve had it about 5 years. I get their Spring tuneup and follow all recommendations to keep it in perfect running condition. I’ve also bought some accessories and a bike rack there. They are always price competitive and assist with assembly of your purchase. They are the BEST!

Austin and his crew are very customer friendly with a strong desire to address all questions or concerns that you might have; before, during and after the sale. Austin and his team are very knowledgeable yet down to earth when they interact with their customers. They surprised us by offering free delivery and pickup of our new Trek e-bikes. We love the way the bikes ride with a noticeable difference between the lower cost competition. We’ve experienced a few minor issues or concerns with the bikes but South Lyon Cycle were quick to provide answers and resolution which exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend you come and check out there demo models like we did.
