Austin has always been so nice to me and very willing to answer all my silly questions. The atmosphere of the shop is welcoming and not intimidating for a casual cyclist like myself. The young man we dealt with was very knowledgeable. Very kind answered all our questions. Let us take a a bike ride to test out the bike. I bought my bike three years ago and looking at new bikes and also I had my special-needs son in there for repair repairs, they did a great job and delivered it to his home.
