I appreciate the knowledgeable, kind, and efficient staff, my fellow Y members, and the great equipment in the gym. One area that needs improvement is cleanliness in the men's locker room. I went into the locker room on a Friday at 2:15pm, right after the one hour cleaning period from 1 to 2 pm. It was dirty. the aluminum shower stalls are grimy and just plain dirty. I always wipe off the bottom of my flip flops after showering, drying off, and dressing. They were very dirty so I know that the floor desperately needs mopping. Except for the lack of cleanliness in the men's locker room, everything else is great.
I like the chair yoga class first of all the gym the staff the numbers handicap parking space but need handicap doors on front but need newsmen for gym equipment for people's who there for bad knees and problems knees doctor have them to come there for pool and knees equipment
Everyone I’ve encountered from my tour guide, to all the childwatch workers, to the trainers have all been super kind, helpful and informative. I’m only on my second week of membership but I am already very happy with my decision to join. I am enjoying the class options for myself and my kiddo, the E-Gym has been a helpful tool to get back into working out after an injury and the pool has been a fun and relaxing option for all of us. Thank you to all the staff for making it a warm and welcoming place.
The Y is an excellent resource for physical activities with the many options it offers. Camps, Swimming, many classes of various activities. They are also charitable and are involved in many fund raising activities. The gyms are always well equipped and the staff is professional and nice. Instructors are great as well. For a very reasonable price, you can bring your children for activities far beyond normal venues.
I find the staff to be friendly and welcoming. They have lots of different classes and equipment although I am primarily a swimmer, and originally choose it for the pool!
