Jared Griffiths was the best salesman I’ve ever delt with. He was friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. Didn’t make me feel rushed and gave me options. I was Luke’s first trailer walk through and he was pleasant and thorough. Everyone was kind and pleasant and’s very accommodating. I will never go anywhere else.

Even through my financial troubles, they were very willing to work with me and find a proper solution. The first trailer I was looking at was just a bit too expensive and when I said that they immediately found another one. They were very quick on turnout times and they were very easily to get a hold of a very gracious for the service that they were able to give to me these past couple of weeks.

I have good experiences when I bring my trailer in for service. So many people comment on the problems they have with dealers, but i have not encountered any with General RV/ South Weber, Utah. My contact in service, Vince Martin, takes care of me. Key to success I believe, is good communication and realistic expectations as the customer. I'm fortunate to have them as my servicing dealer and that I bought a good quality rv from them.
