Staff are wonderful. The parents that coach have the right attitude: they want the kids to love sports, be part of a team and improve every day. We look forward to practice and games because the environment the y builds is one of community and everyone cheers for every kid. The refs are great and are just as bought in on the kids loving and learning sports. More than once, I have seen the refs give good, real time advice on the field to a player who is about to face something challenging. No nastiness. Just good sportsmanship, good teamwork, and building a healthy desire to compete.
