I use personal training and the training equipment. Caroline Duncan was recommended to me by a friend and I’ve been working with Caroline for about 15 months. I have learned more about myself in these 15 months than I ever have in my life and I’m 54 years old. I’m learning about my body of course - fitness, strength, nutrition, etc. and I’m also connecting a lot of dots about me - why I am the way I am, understanding how to make lasting change and love myself in the process.

Convenient location, only one practice a week. Good people. One idea to improve the Vball league is to have 2 matches back to back every Saturday match day. 1 match is not very long.

I like the confidence in knowing that my child is cared for by the after school program. I wish the program ran longer than just through middle school because most students cannot drive until their junior year of high school but the parents that need the after school care still need it during that child's freshman and sophomore years of high school.
