The instructor works very well with the clients. He is encouraging, flexible, funny, and really tries to understand how to motivate each client. The workouts are varied and many times individualized for the client based on their ability. The class schedule works with our work schedules.
Helps my daughter physically in all areas of her life. Also, physical movement improves emotional well being. The coach is able to help break down movements into parts if needed and is adaptable to all levels of abilities.
The personal attention, modifications and goals for each of our family members makes this an easy habit to get into. We also have a great trainer who knows how to push enough to challenge each of us and also remind us to be mindful of the times we need to adjust to a different level.
