I just can't possibly say enough about Blaine and the rest of the gang @ this Spee Dee location. They are without a doubt the kindest, most professional car care center around! It is like going back in time to a place where people and every day interactions mattered. Not only do they remember my name and every detail about my car they actually provide a lot of follow up services for free. I am moving to New Orleans next month and these are the types of people I will miss around here! Ladies if you are looking to be treated like a princess and treated fairly and not cheated, go and see these guys for ALL of your car care. If they can't help you or your vehicle isn't fixable they will tell you the truth instead of wasting your money. Thank You Blaine for all of your help and I will come back to visit real soon! DeDe

Andrew is very professional and seeks to please the customer. He was very professional and kind from the moment I first talked with him on the phone regarding my car repairs. He did not try to sell me what I didn't need; he listened to me and cooperated with me and did only and exactly what I asked him to repair. Andrew called and kept me informed and the status of the repairs and time of finishing up. He also explained the costs of the repairs to me and he went over and beyond to try to find a new under-shield for my 2004 Infiniti, which Infiniti no longer makes. I am very pleased with the repairs to my car and the costs for all that I received. It was right in the price range I expected and what I requested. I plan to return my car back to Andrew next week to perform some additional repairs. I also like that when he completed my oil change, he gave me options on the type of oil and he did an overall inspection of my car.

Customer service is top notch!! These guys helped me out in a pinch, as I had a flat tire on my way to work at my new job. They got me in, and out in no time at all. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, informative, and always meet my needs. I also like the fact that I am taken care of in a timely fashion, no long waits! Another reason I’m pleased, I like special offers, e.g. 5 pack of conventional oil changes and tire rotation.
